Please review this entire page before proceeding to the Online Forms at the bottom of the page. International Students: If you do not have a U.S. Social Security Number, do not enter one on the application. You will be assigned an Applicant ID number. In order to apply online you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 6.0 or greater) installed on the computer you are using. DOWNLOAD a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader here. The application form must be opened in a new window. If you are using a Mac, please make sure to use Mozilla Firefox as your browser. Also open the forms with Adobe Acrobat Reader, Not Preview. After submitting a form, you should receive a confirmation page indicating that your submission was succesful. If a confirmation page does not immediately appear after you submit your form, please contact the Admissions Office (617) 552-3265 to verify that the form was successfully submitted. Do not resubmit the form. Often, Mac users do not receive this confirmation page. Technical Support If you have any questions or difficulties while completing our online forms, please click here. Application Form Please complete the application form as instructed. Once you have completed the online form print a copy for your records. Once you have clicked on the “Submit” button, you will receive automatic confirmation of your application submission from the Graduate School.
