The Boston College main campus is located in Chestnut Hill, a suburb of Boston. It is accessible from downtown Boston via public transportation, as well as the surrounding communities of greater Boston.

The Graduate School of Arts & Sciences Dean's Office and Admissions Office are housed in McGuinn Hall 221, located on the Beacon Street side of the main campus.

Vistors to the Graduate School may park in the Visitor Parking Garage on Beacon Street, next to Alumni Stadium. You will have to stop at the guard booth and they will direct you to the appropriate parking area.  After parking, exit the garage toward Beacon Street. Turn right when exiting the garage and follow the sidewalk along the stadium, cross the driveway and continue up the stairs, passing Merket Hall on your left. Continue up the next staircase and pass Campion Hall on your left. McGuinn Hall is the tall building directly in front of you.  The GSAS Dean's Office and Admissions Office are located on the 2nd floor in McGuinn 221.
