A non-refundable application fee of $70 is required for applications to the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.

Applicants have two payment options:

1.  Credit or debit card via the web.

If you have already submitted an application and have obtained a confirmation number, you may use the following link to take advantage of the Web Payment Option.  Proceed to Web Payment.

If you filed a paper application form with the Graduate School, you may contact the Admissions Office to obtain your confirmation number.  Once you have this number, you may pay the application fee online.

2.  Check or money order made payable to Trustees of Boston College, via regular mail.

If you applied online but wish to pay by check, print a copy of your confirmation page and send it along with your payment of $70 to the Graduate School.

Fee Waivers
The application fee is waived for current BC students, McNair Scholars, and active JVC members. Applicants who are currently undergraduate students, and for whom the fee would constitute a serious hardship, may request a waiver of this fee. Such requests will be considered only if they are received by the Admissions Office in the form of a letter sent directly from the chief financial aid officer of the applicant's college or university.
